Anna Rossetti: Paralegal (Founder & President)

Anna is a former WSIB adjudicator with over 30 years of experience in her field. She is a Paralegal, certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada. Anna founded AVC Consultants and has provided exceptional services to her clients since 1999.

Anna is an effective communicator, which is demonstrated through her high success rate at the WSIB Appeals Division and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal. Anna's focus on early intervention in Claims Management has proven to be instrumental in assisting Employers to mitigate their WSIB costs.

Anna is a Patient Spokesperson for the St. Michael's Hospital and sits on the President's Council. She is also the Founder and Chairperson for “Wings of Hope”, the charitable fundraising body for the St. Michael's Hospital Breast Centre. Anna has hosted an annual Gala Event that has raised over a half a million dollars to date.

Fabio Bortoluzzi: Paralegal

Fabio is the co-founder of AVC Consultants. Fabio is certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada. Fabio's focus in on Early and Safe Return to Work.

Fabio is the primary liason between the Employers and the WSIB Return to Work and Work Transition Specialists. Fabio is directly involved in the development and implementation of successful Return to Work Plans. Fabio is a respected advocate in the industry and has facilitated thousands of successful Work Reintegrations during his tenure at AVC Consultants.

Fabio strongly believes in Early Return to Work Intervention and the importance of educating Employers and Workers about the importance fulfilling their WSIB Obligations.

Roger Quinn: Paralegal

Roger Quinn is a Paralegal, certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada. He graduated with an Honours Degree from the University of Toronto, majoring in Labour Management Relations and Political Science. For over 20 years Roger has been a renowned advocate and expert in workers compensation law.

He has spoken internationally at conferences on Disability Management and has been called upon extensively by the WSIB to consult on Advisory Committees and Focus Groups impacting the amendment of Operation Policies related to the Construction Sector. Roger has appeared before Provincial Standing Committees on WSIB, and has lobbied the Provincial and Federal Government on Workers' Compensation and construction-related matters.

A seasoned advocate, Roger has earned a stellar reputation with the WSIB and Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal. Roger joined the dynamic team at AVC Consultants in 2011.
